Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software and digital products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If you reach out to us within 14 days after receiving a damaged product, and provide a photo as evidence that the product arrived in a defective condition due to a manufacturing error, we will provide a refund or a free replacement, including shipping costs, for the damaged item. You are not required to return the product to us. Our team is here to help with any inquiries, comments, feedback, or issues you may have.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns

As previously stated, returning faulty or damaged items is not necessary. In the unfortunate event that such issues occur, we only require photographic evidence. Our team will address any inquiries, comments, feedback, or concerns you may have.

Cancellation

According to the cancellation policy, You can cancel an order prior to it entering the production phase. Once the product is in production, it becomes impossible to cancel the order.
